Fishing on upper Red Lake has never been better.
Upper Red Lake is a 120,000 acre lake with world class northern pike and walleye fishing.

We are located out of Morts on Upper Red.

At Northwoods we work hard at giving 1st class service and fishing.

Northwoods can accommodate any size group. We offer. 8' x 18' 4-person - 1 available on Red Lake - 8-hole sleeper houses. We have a 11' x 24' 7-person - 3 available on Red Lake - 14-hole sleeper houses and We have 10' x 24' 6 person - 3 available on Red Lake- 12-hole sleeper. Day houses, & On shore rentals are also available. Our houses are moved weekly to a pre-scouted area to provide the best fishing possible, unless unable to do so due to weather/road conditions. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by friendly and courteous staff. Your house will be warm, cleaned, holes drilled and cleaned out.

All houses are supplied with 12-volt lighting, gas cooktop or gas oven range, TV, AM/FM CD player, table & chairs, gas lantern, direct vent heater, smoke/carbon monoxide detector's for your safety, fold-down bunks and Port-a-John style restrooms. Generators are available for rental or you can supply your own.
